REMINDER : Former Curator of the African-American Civil War Museum Honors African American and Ethiopian Veterans on the 121 Anniversary of ADWA

Washington DC ( Little Ethiopia )- The 10th Wreath Laying Ceremony in front of the African American Civil War Memorial (AACWM) in the District of Columbia honor African-American and Ethiopian Veterans  who fought for Freedom in " the American Civil War " and the " Ethiopian Battle of ADWA in commemoration of the 121st Anniversary of the decisive victory of Adwa on March 1, 1896 ( የዐድዋ ድል በዓል ).  

The Adwa Pan-African victory that made Ethiopia the beacon of hope for freedom and liberation of all black people of the world will be observed in the sister city of Addis Ababa,Ethiopia on March 1, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The honoree who places the wreath is the Honorable Cultural Ambassador Hari Jones, the former curator of the museum.
